  • Our Virgin and Raw Hair Bundles are made from 100% natural human hair, sourced ethically, and untreated. Each bundle is carefully inspected for quality and texture before shipment.
  • Due to the nature of raw hair and virgin hair, slight variations in colour, texture, and length may occur. These variations are natural and are not grounds for returns or exchanges.

2. Ordering and Payment

  • By placing an order, you agree to pay the total price including shipping and applicable taxes. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
  • We accept all major credit cards and secure online payment methods.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days, and shipping times may vary depending on the delivery destination. We use Royal Mail special delivery service. 
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs.
  • You will receive the tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the hygienic nature of hair, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the hair has been opened or used.
  • If there is a manufacturing defect (e.g. damaged or incorrect product), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will process an exchange or refund based on the situation.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in case of defective or wrong items.

5. Hair Care & Maintenance

  • Proper care is crucial to maintain the quality and longevity of your bundles. We recommend washing and conditioning the hair before using. 
  • We are not liable for damage caused by improper hair care, use of excessive heat, or products that damage the hair.

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties without your consent, except as necessary to complete your order.

7. Disclaimer

  • Hair texture and color may slightly differ from product photos due to lighting, monitor settings, or natural variations in the hair.
  • We are not liable for any reactions to hair or products after installation or use.
